Professional journey and projects
Behind-the-scenes moments from various film productions, showcasing the creative process and collaborative spirit of independent filmmaking.
A short promotional video giving background to my mum's work, released ahead of the full-length video at kerrysage.com.
Worked as a followspot operator at the Castle Theatre in Wellingborough, running the spotlight for live performances from the theatre's lighting positions.
More behind-the-scenes from Down the Wooden Hill, covering pickup days on location — car park unit work, a street shoot with the Ronin gimbal, an office scene, and a night exterior at a farm.
More time on Down the Wooden Hill, this time in scrubs as hospital staff on a ward set dressed with beds, wheelchairs and medical props, a library scene rigged for a fall with breakaway glass, and a night shoot with a vintage Rolls-Royce on location at a period cottage.
I worked on a film set as an extra for the noir short, Down the Wooden Hill. I was working on the ballroom scene as a waiter in the background during announcement and dialogue scenes with the main cast. This was a valuable experience that allowed me to connect with others in a similar position who share the same passion for film and I got an idea of how things work on a real film set.
